DYE Paintball is dedicated to your performance on the field, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. If your equipment doesn't meet your tactical needs, we are here to ensure a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original DYE packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and spare parts are included.

• 3.
  Ship to DYE

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
